Aarti Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results and Accounts for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from April 27, 2016 to May 07, 2016 (both days inclusive).
