To approve fair Code of Conduct Codes under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To approve the Annual Report for the FY 2014-15 and to decide the date of Annual General Meeting of the Company for the FY 2014-15.<BR><BR>4. To decide the Book Closure of the Company for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
