ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 30, 2015 to May 06, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on May 06, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend, if declared at the 65th Annual General Meeting, will be paid on May 06, 2015.
