Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 25, 2016 have approved the appointment of Karvy Computershare Private Limited (Karvy) as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent in place of Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited (Sharepro) effective June 01, 2016.
