Resignation by Mr. Ashok Kumar Surana from the Directorship of the Company was accepted.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Resignation by Dr. Padam Chand Agarwal from the Directorship of the Company was accepted.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Resignation by Mr. Krishan Arya from the Directorship of the Company was accepted.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. Appointed Mr. Siddarth Kapoor as an Additional Director (Designated as an Independent Director) of the Company to hold the office of Independent Director till March 31, 2019, subject to approval of Shareholders in the General Meeting / Annual General Meeting.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;5. Appointed Mrs. Rachana Todi as an Additional Director (Designated as an Independent Director) of the Company to hold the office of Independent Director till March 31, 2019, subject to approval of Shareholders in the General Meeting / Annual General Meeting.
