To confirm the venue, date, time of Annual General Meeting and to approve the Notice thereof.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. To confirm and approve the Book Closure dates.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;5. To take on records declarations / disclosures received from the Directors.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;6. Appointment / Resignation and Reappointment of Directors.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;7. To consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
