| ABM KNOWLEDGEWARE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 31st January, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at ABM House, Plot No, 268, Linking Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai-400050, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be opened after the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
