ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 17, 2015 has appointed Mr. Eric Olsen a Director of the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Mr. Eric Olsen is the Chief Executive Officer of LafargeHolcim. He is a business graduate from the University of Colorado, Certified Public Accountant (Chicago, USA), and holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC international business school in Paris.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Board has considered Mr. Eric Olsen as an Additional Director in terms of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Mr. Bernard Fontana, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 17, 2015 consequent upon his stepping down as CEO of Holcim Limited, Switzerland.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Mr. Aidan Lynam, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 14, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Board of Directors of the Company have placed its warm appreciation of the valuable services rendered by Mr. Fontana and Mr. Lynam during their tenure as Directors of the Company.
