ACC LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

ACC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, has recommended payment of a final dividend at the rate of Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The total dividend for the year 2015 (including interim dividend of Rs. 11/- per share paid in July 2015) stands at Rs. 17/- per share as compared to total dividend of Rs. 34/- per share paid in 2014.
