ACC Ltd has informed BSE that, as directed by SEBI vide its circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company confirm that :<BR><BR>1. pursuant to Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Company has formulated and published on its official website the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI);<BR><BR>2. pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015,the Company has formulated a Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider in its securities.<BR><BR>Both the Codes were approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on April 14, 2015 and comes into immediate effect.
