Reg. 30 Disclosure- The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 06.05.2017 have approved the following: 1) Appointment of Mr. Rajesh R. Muni as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) w.e.f 06.05.2017, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing AGM. Mr. Rajesh R. Muni's appointment as Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board for a period of five years w.e.f 06.05.2017, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM of the Company. Brief Profile of Mr. Rajesh R. Muni is enclosed herewith and the same is also being uploaded on the Company's website (www.accelfrontline.com). Disclosure of relationship between directors: Nil 2) Mr. Malcolm F. Mehta, Chairman and Executive Director has been re-appointment for a period of another 3 years w.e.f 01.07.2017 and he has been re-designated as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer CEO (Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f 01.07.2017 of the Company, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
