As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Officers/Designated Employees and Directors of the Company from 6th May 2017 to 27th May 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, th 25th May, 2017 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2017 inter alia amongst other matters.
