ACE Software Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 06, 2014, to consider and approve the un-audited results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Corporate Disclosure Practices of Ace Software Exports Limited, Company has informed all the "concerned persons" that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on July 29, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on August 06, 2014.
