Acropetal Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Shares of the Company will remain closed in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders formulated pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, from May 22, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, and also for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 both on stand alone and on consolidated basis.
