Acrow India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 07, 2014 to July 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 15, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, all business, set out in the Notice, may be transacted by electronic voting. The voting through electronic means begins at 09:00 hours on July 10, 2014 and ends at 18:00 hours on July 11, 2014. The e-Voting shall not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time.
