Acrysil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, has approved the following;<BR><BR>1. The Annual Operational Plan for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>2. Approved additional investment in Acrysil UK Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, for purpose of increase in stake in Homestyle Products Limited. (UK).
