Acrysil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2015, has considered, discussed, approved following resolution passed thereof:<BR><BR>1. Fund Raising programme up to Rs. 60 Crores through various means and authorised Mr. Chirag A. Parekh, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, to explore the proposition further.<BR><BR>2. Further investment in wholly owned subsidiary of U.K.<BR><BR>3. Incorporation of step-down subsidiary in China through Company's Hong Kong subsidiary "Acrysil International Limited."
