Action Construction Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any final dividend on the equity shares and interim dividend declared by them at their meeting held on March 15, 2016 is the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee, the board approved the recommendation to shareholders at the ensuing AGM, reappointment of Mrs. Surbhi Garg as whole time director for period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2017.
