Adani Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Issue of equity shares on preferential basis to the promoter and promoter group of the Company up to 39.81 crores equity shares at a price being not less than the price determined in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 subject to approval of members by postal ballot process and any other approval, if required.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Vneet S. Jaain, Executive Director has been re-designated as Whole-time Director of the Company subject to approval of members, if required.
