| The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Power Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Times of India on March 24, 2015 titled "Adani, JSW vie for Monnet Power."<BR> <BR>Adani Power Ltd replied stating "We would like to clarify that the Company is not aware of any event or development of the nature reported in the article or any material development which the Company is obliged to disclose under Clause 36 of the listing agreement.<BR><BR>In the event there is any development that requires the disclosure under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement we will make the same in accordance with the regulatory requirements.<BR><BR>We wish to submit that as a part of its business, the Company keeps exploring various alternatives as may be thought fit on a continuous basis." | |
