Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following :<BR><BR>1. Due to inadequate profit in the Company for the year ended June 30, 2015 no dividend has been recommended.<BR><BR>2. The Board appointed Mrs. Uttara Dasgupta as a Nominee Director, nominated by State Bank of India, Her appointment will meet the requirement under Clause 49 II A of the Listing Agreement.<BR>
