In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, May 29, 2020 has appointed Mr. Dineshkumar Dahyalal Mistry (DIN: 07176951), Additional Non-executive Independent Director of the Company for 5 (five) consecutive years, with effect from June 1, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR> <BR> Details in terms of Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 for appointment of Mr. Dineshkumar Dahyalal Mistry are attached herewith.<BR> <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record and display on your website.
