Adi Finechem Ltd has informed BSE that the Management committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2013 has made the allotment of 11,40,000 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 (Ten) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held on record date viz., July 04, 2013.
