Adi Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and discuss the following items:<BR><BR>1. To consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mrs. Amisha M Dani as an independent Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To accept the resignation from the Auditor of the Company- M/s. Mohandas & Co.<BR><BR>4. To consider closure of trading window from August 07, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the same will re-open on August 17, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading of the Company.
