Adinath Bio-Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of Company will be held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, to adopt the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter / year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Trading Window as described in Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from the aforesaid date to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
