| Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Company have on November 12, 2014 approved allotment of 2,272 (Two Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Two) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 2,272 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130119313 to 130121585 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,30,12,15,850/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Twelve Lakh Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty). | |
