Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors/ KMPs/ Designated Employees of the Company from April 01, 2016 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2016 to the public.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all Directors/ KMPs/ Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
