Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2014, to consider and approve sale of a minority stake in one of Companys subsidiary.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company till the close of business hours on September 22, 2014.
