With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 19, 2014, Aegis Logistics Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has now completed all the necessary formalities and executed all transaction documents for completion of Joint Venture and selling 40% of its equity ownership in its wholly owned subsidiary, Aegis Group International Pte. Ltd., Singapore, to ITOCHU Petroleum Co., (Singapore) Pte Ltd. for a total consideration of USD 5.85 Million.
