AGC Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2014, has re-designated the Directorship of Mr. Sanjeev Verma (Whole Time Director). It accepted and approved the resignation received from Mr. Sanjeev Verma of the Company from whole time directorship with effect from October 20, 2014. The Board further noted that Mr. Sanjeev Verma will continue to be a Director (Non-executive) of the Company,<br/><br/>The Company would further inform the stock exchanges that in line with the growth strategies and focus on international markets Mr. Sanjeev Verma will be "CEO (Americas) and President-International Operations" at AGC Networks Inc. (An 100% indirect subsidiary of the company). He will be based out of Dallas, TX.
