| With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on March 29, 2014, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has now informed BSE the Revised Outcome of Board Meeting held on March 29, 2014 as under:<br/><br/>"The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 29, 2014 has considered and approved the following matter:<br/><br/>The Board has approved to sell the investment (Equity Share Capital) in its 100% wholly owned subsidiary viz. M/s. Ahlcon Ready Mix Concrete Pvt. Ltd. through disinvestment.<br/><br/>Subsequent to this disinvestment by the Company, M/s. Ahlcon Ready Mix Concrete Pvt. Ltd will cease to be the 100% wholly owned subsidiary Company of M/s. Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd." | |
