In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the May 25, 2017 inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2017, and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-17. We further inform that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 15, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the designated persons.
