Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 14th day of August 2017 at Ahmedabad, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from 4th August 2017 to 16th August 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
