With reference to the earlier letter dated February 02, 2017, regarding the date of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>AIA Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that Board of Director of the Company may consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2016-17 in its Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017.
