This is to inform that the Company has received an intimation dated February 05, 2024 from Mrs. Elizabeth Chandraprakash Shrivastava (DIN: 00184865) informing about her decision to step down from her position as Managing Director with effect from closing of working hours of February 13, 2024 owing to succession planning in the management of the Company. She further conveyed her willingness to continue as the Executive (Whole-Time) Director of the Company.
