With reference to the Increase in the Price, Aishwarya Telecom Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"The Company has nothing to do with the recent increase in the price of its scrip.<BR><BR>We also bring to the notice of the Exchange that there are no events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company including price sensitive information which in turn lead to escalation of price of the share".
