| Akar Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015 along with Limited Review Report.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which is schedule to be held on February 10, 2016 to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2015 along with Limited Review Report. | |
