Akar Tools Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to discuss the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
