In Compliance with Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors at their meeting held on 16th March, 2017 has declared interim dividend of 35% on equity shares of Rs. 10.00 each. The record rate for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend is fixed on March 24, 2017. The interim Dividend will be distributed to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on March 24, 2017.
