All the insiders are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under Insider Trading Code and the code of conduct formulated by the Company in this regard, the trading window shall remain closed from March 14, 2017 to March 20, 2017 (both days inclusive). The closure of the trading window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the board of directors of the Company schedule to be held on Thursday, 16th day of March, 2017, inter alia, to consider and declare the interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 and to consider other business. Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors, officers and employees) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
