Alchemist Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Bikram Bhattacharya as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Dinesh Vermani.<BR><BR>2. Adoption of "Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure", pursuant to Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
