Alchemist Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in pursuance of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from November 06, 2015 to November 11, 2015, both days inclusive.
