Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on January 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain closed from January 19, 2015 to January 23, 2015 for the above purpose.
