| JM Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Delisting Offer") has informed BSE about the following:<br/><br/>Alfa Laval Corporate AB, Sweden ("Alfa Laval Sweden"/"Promoter") has informed this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement ("Corrigendum") for the attention the Equity shareholders of Alfa Laval (India) Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") published on January 20, 2012 in respect of the proposed delisting of the equity shares of the Target Company, pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.<br/><br/>All capitalized terms not defined in this Corrigendum will have the same meaning as the PA.<br/><br/>Equity Shareholders are advised to note that, due to an inadvertent error, the telephone number and the fax number of Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, the Registrar to the Offer, have been printed incorrectly on the PA, the Offer Letter dated January 23, 2012 ("Offer Letter") and the Bid Forms accompanying the Offer Letter. The correct telephone number of Link Intime India Pvt Ltd is +91-22-2596 0320 and the fax number is +91-22-2596 0329. Consequently, Shareholders are requested to use the above numbers while trying to reach the Registrar to the Offer.<br/><br/>All other terms and conditions of the PA remain unchanged. | |
