Alka Securities Ltd has informed BSE that due to unforeseen circumstances the Board of Directors will not able to conduct the previously decided Board Meeting on May 14, 2016 and that now the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will take place on May 28, 2016.<BR><BR>The matter under consideration at the said meeting will be:<BR><BR>- The presentation and acceptance of the "Audited Financial Results" for the Quarter ended March 31, 2016.
