Allcargo Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Re-appointment of Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years from April 01, 2015, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
