| Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year 2013-14 will be held at Unit no 319, Kuber Complex, New Andheri Link Road, Opp. SAB T V, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053 on September 30, 2014, at 11.00 a.m.<br/><br/>Further, Pursuant to clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 framed there under the Members are provided with facility to cast their votes electronically, through E-Voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on all the Resolutions set in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. The E-Voting period commences on September 24, 2014 (9.00 a.m.) to September 25, 2014 (6.00 p.m.). | |
