Resolved to decide the retirement of director by rotation at the Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Resolved to recommend the re-appointment of M/s. K Singh and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2014.
