ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from May 02, 2016 to May 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
