ALUFLUORIDE LTD. - Extension of time for holding AGM

Alufluoride Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company have obtained extension of time for convening the AGM for the financial year 2014-15 upto 3 months (i.e., upto December 31, 2015) from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana vide their letter dated September 07, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has intimated BSE vide letter dated August 24, 2015, about the Book closure i.e from September 25, 2015 to September, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Company hereby withdraws the intimation regarding the Book Closure keeping in view of the extension of time for convening the AGM.
